When we heard of Maxim's Top 100 list of the hottest women on the planet, we were curious to see if any of our Bollywood babes made it to the list.
And surprise, surprise, not only did they make it but also topped the list! But let's not get to the winner yet.
We take a look at 10 of the hottest Indian women on the Maxim Top 100 list in reverse order. Check them out!
Payal Rohatgi
She studied to become an engineer but got seduced by the arc lights instead. After Bigg Boss, Payal is all set to enter our homes once again with her new TV series, Unit 9, a thriller on Sahara One.
She made the Maxim list at number 79.
Sheetal Menon
This bikini calendar girl from down south is all set to dazzle us with her dancing skills (she's a Bharat natyam dancer) in the forthcoming Shah Rukh Khan starrer My Name is Khan.
She made it to the Maxim list at number 74.
Sherlyn Chopra
One word comes to mind when we hear this babe's name -- outrageous. Yep, she's outrageously sexy and sassy, and she sings too. After a dud debut Red, this 25-year-old is giving Bollywood another try in Rani Mukerji-Shahid Kapoor starrer Dil Bole Hadippa.

Sophie Chowdry
Did you know that this actress/singer/songwriter/veejay/model/anchor is a polyglot? Besides Hindi and English, Sophie can speak Urdu, French and Italian very fluently. Not only that, she sings in these languages, as well as in Spanish, Punjabi and Arabic. Whew!

She burst into the scene with Nishabd and really, Amitabh Bachchan never stood a chance. Now, she's all set to sizzle once again in Housefull, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone and Lara Dutta.

We thought television actresses are all about saas-bahu sagas. Until Shweta Salve put on a bikini and modelled for Maxim, that is.

Bad news, guys. This hottie is very much taken. Seems a crime really, as Mrs Arbaaz Khan can sure give younger girls a run for their money.
